- We ship to United States Addresses only. Orders typically ship out within 24 hours from our warehouse in Greenville, NC.
SHIPPING POLICY
- USPS Priority Mail – Vape cartridges and Flower will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail only.
- USPS First Class Mail – Transit times are typically 1-3 business days but may arrive later depending on the carrier.
- FedEx 2Day – Orders will arrive between 3 to 7 days once in FedEx possession.
- FedEx Overnight (Cold Shipping) Orders made before 1pm EST will be overnighted and scheduled for delivery the following business day. This option is only available Monday through Thursday. FedEx Orders with this selection on Thursday must be made before 1:00 pm EST or they will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight does not travel or deliver on weekends.
WARNING: 520 Hemp edibles are not heat resistant. If cold shipping is not selected, a higher risk of melting is assumed. Cold Shipping does not guarantee items will be delivered cold; it is an additional precaution against product melting while in transit.

SHIPPING DELAYS
520 Hemp will work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times are not guaranteed and are dependent on the carrier selected. Carrier times vary due to the COVID protocols.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
